Yesterday was the first time I cried over a result in agility. Our very special Miss incredible Lilli is the Swedish Champion for the fifth time in a row! \"\ud83c\udfc6\"<\/span>\"\ud83c\udfc6\"<\/span>\"\ud83c\udfc6\"<\/span>\"\ud83c\udfc6\"<\/span>\"\ud83c\udfc6\"<\/span>\"\ud83e\udd47\"<\/span>\"\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddea\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\ude3b\"<\/span>\"\u2764\ufe0f\"<\/span> It was a dream goal of course, to see if I could beat my own records and do it one more time. But there are so many good dogs and handlers, Lilli is now 10 years, we have not been competing for 1,5 years and we have not trained much, so it felt more like a dream goal than a realistic goal.<\/div>
And the qualification was not totally crystal clear. In the first run I felt really synced with Lilli, she got the best time of all, but she got five faults on the teeter. I just ran and I think she was just too excited to wait the last centimeters \"\ud83d\ude08\"<\/span><\/div>
In the jumping we got a really good start but then she had two bigger turns that stressed me a bit and in the end I was too early in a situation and I distracted Lilli so she dropped a bar. I was really annoyed by my self \"\ud83d\ude11\"<\/span><\/div>
But we managed to qualify for the final with the smallest possible margin and we were so happy!<\/div>
I knew she would do everything I asked for, so it was just for me to get my head in the right mood and my legs to run. I enjoyed the ride and held my plan and fantastic Miss Lilli did it again, she just ran, like the little machine she is and won the final run! For five years in a row, the Swedish Champion \"\ud83d\udc51\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udc51\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udc51\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udc51\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udc51\"<\/span> I have to say that it’s quite cool \"\ud83d\ude0e\"<\/span> Our silly Miss Lilli, what a gem. What a star \"\ud83c\udf1f\"<\/span> Thank you Britt Perez<\/span><\/a> for our very special girl.<\/div>
I have no words how much I admire that dog. She is one in a million both on the agility field and in the every day life \"\u2764\ufe0f\"<\/span> And I hope we still have many more runs to enjoy together \"\u2764\ufe0f\"<\/span>\"\u2764\ufe0f\"<\/span><\/div>
And thank you Nettan, for all help and our really cool teamwork. Agility and life is so much more fun together with you \"\u2764\ufe0f\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udcaa\"<\/span>.<\/div>
