Membership in training diary - Follow Jördiz and friends

What membership means:

You will be part of a facebook group and you get to take part in all the material that is posted for six months, plus you get to ask questions about all the training and the exercises I do.

I try to film as much as I can of Jördiz's training and in addition to that I supplement with texts and other things to make everything as clear as possible for you as a member. You will get to share both successes and failures, mistakes and successful training. If I run into problems, I'll share my thoughts and solutions.

I will also post material from our training with Azta and Zonia. 

I regularly post material from when Jördiz turned eight months until she is 14 months old.

The course starts on September 15th and ends on March 15th, but you can become a member at any time during that period and even after this period has ended. You as a member will have access to all material even after the end date, and you also still have the opportunity to ask questions.

The text material and posts will be in English. Facebook has a translation function, so you can translate everything into the language you want, and you can also ask questions in Swedish.
